Robotic Automation - Clean Room Robot - Biological Biotech Material Skiving - Dynamic Automation & Robotics

This machine uses a specialty Fanuc Clean Room Robot to automate a complex biotechnology manufacturing process. The biomaterial is loaded and precision skived by the robotic system. This increase part consistency compared to operator / human skiving. The machine meets all required clean room ISO specifications.



Dynamic Automation & Robotics has several managed engineering groups. The mechanical engineering team will design your machine 100% up-front using solid modeling software.  A series of design reviews will be available during the design process leading up to a final design review, which will kick-off the fabrication process.
