Robot Simulation Video - Biomedical Device Assembly - Dynamic Automation & Robotics



This video shows the robotic simulations our in-house engineering team developed to understand the advanced pathing for this application. Here the articulated 6-axis robot, handles sheets of uncut transdermal patch material, presents the devices to a machine learning vision system for inspection, and then transfers along to a cutting mechanism. This simulation helped our term understand the optimal robot path, the overall cycle time, and show a graphical progress representation to our customer.
